All products are provided by Impetus Cleaning unless otherwise discussed
Garbages can be emptied so long as client supplies the bag-with the exception of biohazardous material. Garbages will be left on the premise for the client to dispose of
Personal items/belongings must be removed from surfaces to be cleaned prior to arrival (ex; dirty clothes from the floor, etc)
All cleans include sanitization and dusting of discussed rooms and surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping
Pets must be kept so not to be distracting or detrimental to the work being completed by Impetus Cleaning
Transactions will begin with an invoice, and can be payable by cash, e-transfer, or by credit card (processing fee attached-approx. 3.14%)
Consultations, including a visit of the home and a minor questionnaire, follow inquiries which will generate an accurate estimate for the home and family requirements
All estimates are concluded in consideration of the size of the home, type of cleaning required, condition, etc; and other relevant details tailored to the family
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation in the case of illness, emergencies, etc.

We finally took the plunge and decided to get help with cleaning. I run a home daycare and work 10 and a half hour days, by the time supper rolls around I am exhausted. Sage was recommended by a family friend and we couldn't be happier to have her in our lives. I was quoted a price and have never paid more than the agreed. I let her know that I would be happy if she only had the time to do our bathrooms and kitchen, to my surprise and delight, she manages to clean our entire house every two weeks. Our house is so clean, our belongings are well cared for, and our kids are beyond excited to keep their rooms tidy so Sage can clean. I simply wish we wouldn't have debated so long and called Sage earlier. Now we have the time to do the things we want to do and play with our kids instead of clean our house!
